How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times mainly depend on the delivery times set by the transport operators. These are calculated by working days - Monday to Friday - as no shipments are made on public holidays, Saturdays or Sundays. Please consult the delivery times, although these may be approximate. It may also be the case that we are attending an event, so the customer will be notified, in the online shop itself, of the days we will be away and the day on which the order process will be resumed. In case of stock shortage or temporary unavailability of a product, we will contact you to inform you and give you a new delivery date. Otherwise EL GAT AMB BOTES S.C.P. reserves the right to process a corresponding cancellation and refund. In any case, a delay in delivery with respect to the delivery dates indicated or cancellation due to lack of stock shall not entitle the customer to claim any compensation whatsoever.

How much do I have to pay for shipping and handling?

Check the shipping rates in the shopping cart.
The shipping fee will be calculated according to the weight and volume of the item.
The shipping rate does not include import duties. The customer will be responsible for import duties and other customs charges. You will have to pay the import tax if customs charges them.

How much shipping costs do I have to pay if my country is not among those specified?

The distribution of orders will only be made in the countries indicated in the "Rates and Transit Times" section. However, if your country is not among those indicated, you can contact us at: info@elgatambbotes.com and we will look for the best option.

Yes, through "My account" in "Orders placed" you can see the status of your order.

You will also be able to track it through the courier's official website.

How is the delivery method?

Remember that in order to optimise the delivery of your parcel, it is very important that you provide us with your exact details, especially your postal details to locate your address or place of delivery.

Remember that any incident detected on receipt of the goods must be clearly indicated on the carrier's delivery note. If there is no indication of this type of incident on the delivery note, it is understood that the delivery has been carried out correctly and therefore EL GAT AMB BOTES S.C.P. shall not assume any liability for damaged goods or missing packages.

We also remind you that, in accordance with Article 366 of the Commercial Code, no claims for breakages, knocks or missing packages will be accepted after 24 hours from the delivery of the goods, therefore no claims can be made after this period.
